1. Using the Service

By using our API or services, you're agreeing to play fair and follow these terms. If you’re using an API key, you’re responsible for keeping it secret. Don’t share it. Don’t leak it. Don’t hardcode it into a public repo.

2. API Keys and Usage

• You’re charged based on usage tied to your API key.
• We don’t care who made the requests—we charge based on the usage on your key.
• If your key gets leaked and someone else uses it? That’s still your usage.
• TL;DR: You break it, you buy it.

We strongly recommend you rotate your keys regularly and use rate limiting and IP filtering if possible. If something looks off, let us know ASAP—we’ll try to help, but we don’t promise refunds for usage tied to your key.

3. Abuse and Fair Use

No spam, no scraping, no over-the-top abuse. If you’re doing something sketchy or hammering our servers, we might throttle or block you.

4. Privacy

We don’t track individuals. We use anonymized identifiers to detect spam and abuse, but we never collect personal data unless you explicitly give it to us (like when signing up).

5. Liability Stuff

We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t promise 100% uptime or take responsibility for what happens if the service goes down, breaks, or behaves unexpectedly.

6. Changes

These terms may change. If we update something big, we’ll try to give you a heads-up. Keep using the service? That means you're cool with the new terms.
